In accordance with Article 29 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties ("LFPDPPP"), the access request must contain:

  3. A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights,

The deadline to respond to your request will be within a maximum of twenty working days from the date of receipt of your request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, you will be given a response about the validity of the same by means of an email addressed to you, sent to the email address you have indicated in the request itself or by sending a letter to the physical address you have indicated to such effects.

Modifications to the Privacy Notice.


We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time, in response to new legislation, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offer of our services or products. Modifications to the Privacy Notice will be sent to the email address you provided. Failure to expressly oppose the update of the Privacy Notice within 5 (five) business days following its receipt will be understood as your acceptance and consent to the established terms.
